Troubleshoot & Service Equipment: Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs or maintenance correctly the first time. Advise on Improvements: Recommend upgrades, IAQ solutions, or service plans that enhance comfort and system performance. Job Requirements Residential HVAC experience (2 years preferred, not required) Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (verified prior to offer) EPA & Mech 1 required; 06A preferred Ability to lift 60 lbs Strong communication skills Abily to maintain a professional appearance (uniforms provided and laundered) Ability to pass a background check (required for home warranty referrals) Benefits & Pay $25.00 – $40.00 per hour , depending on experience, licensing, and continuing education.
