Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily production and general labor tasks to help meet workflow and output goals.

• Assist with assembling, preparing, packaging, labeling, or handling products and materials as assigned.

• Inspect products and materials for visible quality issues and report concerns promptly.

• Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and workplace safety requirements.

• Move, stage, and organize materials to keep production areas running efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

• Work cooperatively with production team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments.

• Support other production, warehouse, or manufacturing tasks as business needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Ability to work the scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM shift.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.

• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• No specific degree or professional certification is required for this position.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or general labor environments.

• Familiarity with basic quality checks, material handling, or production processes.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced production team.
