Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to design and implement effective, goal-driven therapy sessions.
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
• Facilitate group or individual sessions focused on improving students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Keep detailed records, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to best practices and school policies.
• Help promote an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
