Senior Accountant

Description KeyMark is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is a hybrid role (1-2 days in the office) based in our Liberty, SC office. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules as part of the monthly, quarterly and annual month-end close processes Maintain NetSuite general ledger and perform account reconciliations Process timely billing and review AR to ensure collections Ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid timely each month Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, including ASC 606 Support integration of acquisitions into standard KeyMark accounting processes Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency Requirements Qualification and Required Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting highly preferred 3+ years in a similar role where you have developed a solid understanding of month-end close processes and standard account reconciliations Experience with audits and compliance Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency Familiarity with multi-entity accounting structures, including international subsidiaries Other: Software/SaaS industry experience supporting revenue recognition NetSuite experience Experience integrating acquisitions Experience in accounting rules specific to a software reseller as well as a software OEM CPA preferred or actively pursuing KeyMark Benefits: Comprehensive, company paid Training on KeyMark Offerings Very competitive Medical, Dental, Vision and Voluntary Benefits Retirement Savings Plan/401k with company match Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA & HSA) Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Family and Medical Leave Wellness Programs Company Equipment & Cell phone Stipend Employees Discounts at a variety of Partner Sites #J-18808-Ljbffr KeyMark Inc
