Director of Member Experience & Process Excellence

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Director, Member Experience to lead a comprehensive strategy across Medicaid lines (TANF, ABD, Expansion, CHIP) to boost membership retention and growth. You will work cross-functionally to design and implement member-focused strategies in a full-time remote capacity.
