Client Services Account ManagerAZ - Mesa, AZ 85210OverviewSalary Range $70,000.00 SalaryDescriptionClient Services Account ManagerMDS Communications, one of the nation's premier telephone fundraising firms, headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, provides outbound telephone fundraising services for 20+ nationally known humanitarian non-profits such as the American Red Cross, Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity, Mercy Ships, Covenant House, as well as well-known Christian ministries, including Focus on the Family.MDS Communications is looking for a full-time Account Manager (AM). AMs serve as the primary partner for a small portfolio of MDS clients, overseeing all aspects of their telephone fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit fundraising, annual budget development and management, and all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and completion/reporting of client projects.Remote candidates will be considered.Minimum Qualifications:Understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles; mass-market fundraising experience preferred2+ years of experience in client services, account management, fundraising, project management, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordBachelor's degree preferredAbility to travel occasionallyThis position includes moderate copywriting and written client communication.
