Demonstrates knowledge of all department locations within facility and ability to access all departments. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates detailed awareness and knowledge of patient supplies and equipment.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.2. Two (2) years' experience as a Central Sterile Technician in an acute care hospital setting preferred.3. Central Supply Certified certification required within two years from date of hire.Pay TransparencyCentral Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.00 to $24.75.
