- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
- Weekend Hours: 36/48 preferred (unless otherwise noted).
- Call Requirements: Yes, 2 hours for the oncoming shift.
Position Information:
- Role: RRT Respiratory Therapist.
- Specialty: Respiratory Therapy.
- Years of Experience: 3+.
- Float Requirements: As RRT, some NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, and ED required, as well as adult acute and critical care.
Education & Certifications Required:
Required Certifications:
- BLS required.
- ACLS preferred.
- NRP for NICU.
- RRT required.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: Varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT.
- Patient Ratios: Acute 1:25, Critical 1:8.
- Drager V500 and VN500.
- Hamilton T1 and C1.
- Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line.
- Airvo, Vapotherm.
- EPIC.
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Tertiary, teaching hospital experience.
- Level 1 trauma.
- NICU/PICU.
- Cardiothoracic.
- Varied
- Flexible.
- Team player.
- Great communication skills.
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Provided or flexible.
- Any Unacceptable Attire: N/A.
