Storefront / Bar
Kitchen Staff
Type: Part-Time
Wushiland Boba , the classic Taiwanese boba establishment , is looking for boba lovers to join our growing team!
As we continue expanding rapidly across the West Coast, we’re seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about great drinks and customer service
- Looking for long-term growth opportunities
- Interested in working up to shift lead positions
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Greet customers with friendly, professional service
- Answer questions about ingredients and menu items
- Take and process orders using the POS system
- Receive and handle payments accurately
- Prepare drinks following company recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront and bar area
Kitchen Position
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Prepare teas and toppings according to recipes
- Communicate efficiently with the storefront team to ensure consistent product supply
- Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment (teapots, stencils, etc.)
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and dry at all times
