Surgical Technologist

Surgical TechnologistWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist the surgical team in providing safe and efficient patient care during operative procedures. The Surgical Technologist will prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, and support surgeons throughout surgical procedures. Responsibilities Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures. Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during surgery. Perform surgical counts and ensure proper handling of instruments and materials. Prepare and position patients for surgical procedures. Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment. Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Active and unrestricted Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred. BLS certification required. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
