HR Shared Services Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to support a leading organization in the medical device space. This fully remote opportunity (Illinois residents only) is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in high-volume environments. If you’re detail-oriented, systems-savvy and ready to jump into a fast-moving HR operations team, this role is calling your name. What’s the job? Provide first-tier HR support via Zendesk ticketing system Manage HR transactions in Workday, including position creation Support promotions and internal job changes Process high-volume HR tickets daily with accuracy and speed Assist in building and improving HR workflows Escalate complex HR inquiries appropriately What’s needed? Prior experience using Zendesk or similar HR ticketing systems Strong Workday or other HRIS software experience Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must reside in Illinois and work CST hours What’s in it for me?
