Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Mental Health Association of Rochester

Columbus, OH

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities improve their daily skills.

Responsibilities

assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapy in a home setting.

Requirements

a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, active Ohio OT license, home health experience, and BLS certification.

Preferred qualifications include prior travel or contract experience and familiarity with home health documentation software.

Key duties

working in a home health facility, accepting assignments with minimal onboarding, and supporting patient recovery.

Qualifications

current clinical references, ability to complete background screening, and a resume for application.
