Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in the Herrin, IL area! What You'll Be Doing

- Greet patients and confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information.
- Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process during their visit.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
- Answer all phone calls in the office, assisting patients, doctors, and insurance companies with healthcare information.
- Minimum 1 year of medical office, patient registration, or medical scheduling experience required .
- Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required .
