As a Patient Care Technician in Surgical Services, you'll become a core member of a dynamic team supporting the operating room, sterile processing, ambulatory care, and phlebotomy services. What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, STNA, or Phlebotomist (Preferred)
• BCLS certification required (can be completed during orientation)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Set up and assist with operating room prep and sterile instrumentation
• Perform basic clinical tasks including vitals, blood glucose testing, bladder scans, and EKGs
• Collect, label, and transport lab specimens with care and accuracy
• Keep supplies stocked, rooms clean and ready, and patient areas organized
• Take part in clerical tasks such as entering orders and handling incoming calls
• Work side-by-side with nurses, providers, and other support staff in delivering excellent patient care
• Float to other departments based on need, ensuring a well-rounded clinical experience
