Schedule:

Seasonal travel assignment; 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM shifts; 30-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit; on-call requirement of two eight-hour shifts every third weekend

• Work in a busy PACU with a 30-bed capacity supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including craniotomies and orthopedic procedures
• Manageable patient ratios: 1 RN to 2 patients standard, or 1:1 for higher acuity cases
• EMR system: Meditech

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience required
• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling preferred
