Direct message the job poster from ECLARO JOB TITLE: SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst Location: Summit, NJ (100% onsite) Duration: 12 months initial (potential extension/potential right to hire) Responsibilities Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with functional knowledge across SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG Proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives in a GxP-regulated supply chain and manufacturing environment Designing and executing training programs for global cross-functional teams, including leadership stakeholders Developing comprehensive SOPs & test scripts Leading system implementations for biotech/cell therapy Qualifications Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on leadership in full lifecycle implementations in GxP environments Strong command of MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules Experience integrating SAP with MES, LIMS, and serialization systems in pharmaceutical supply chains Ability to communicate SAP architectures to stakeholders and drive enterprise alignment Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business; Master’s or certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile preferred Minimum 10 years in life sciences or biotech supply chain systems Deep experience with data governance, master data strategy, and SAP validation Overview The SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet business needs. The role involves collaboration with process teams, acting as liaison with support vendors, and maintaining detailed documentation. Experience in manufacturing SAP S4/Hana modules is essential.
