Hourly Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: Monday-Friday from 7:00a-3:30p

We're looking for reliable, hands-on facilities technicians to help keep our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You'll handle a variety of maintenance tasks and play a key role in day-to-day facility operations.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine inspections and report issues or needed repairs
Complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property condition
Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.)
Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep

What We Are Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferred
1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
Valid driver's license that meets agency policy
Lifting requirements of 50lbs
