Job Description Personal Injury Case Manager (Spanish Fluency Required) Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Full-Time A highly respected Los Angeles personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and client care. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple files efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence. Responsibilities Include: Evaluating and assessing new potential claims Communicating with clients regularly to provide updates and support Reporting and opening claims with insurance carriers Drafting correspondence and case-related documents Scheduling property damage inspections Requesting police reports and policy limits information Monitoring clients’ medical treatment and progress Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records (including Medi-Cal and Medicare) Scheduling medical appointments and preparing files for demand packages Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is required (spoken and written) 1–2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager Experience handling auto accidents, premises liability, dog bites, government torts, and wrongful death cases Ability to manage a case from intake through resolution Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate with clients Familiarity with statutes of limitation and the civil filing process What We Offer: Competitive salary/hourly and performance-based bonuses Supportive and collaborative work environment Long-term growth opportunities within the firm Remote flexibility (as applicable) If you’re a driven professional who takes pride in client advocacy and excellence, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Culver Legal LLP
