Locums Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic South of Tucson Arizona. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, value-based care while building meaningful relationships with an adult patient population.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic and is committed to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term patient outcomes.

Compensation:  $140+ per hour

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 5 days per week

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality outcomes.

Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Foster long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain.

DEA registration or eligibility.

Previous value-based primary care clinic experience is required.

Strong commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
