We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for Institutional Special Needs Plan members throughout Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to practice value-based medicine, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination for medically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
