Minimum Education Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Fellowship training in gastroenterology (may be preferred depending on the position). License & Certifications: Board certification in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the AOA. Active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona.
