Part-Time State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago 60618 seeks a local to our office location candidate for a Part-Time State Farm Agent Team Member. We prefer candidates who are within a 20-minute commute to our office.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
• Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agent's licensed team members.
• Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
• Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, positive attitude, coachable, who's able to receive feedback
• Organizational skills
• Strong work ethics
• Fast learner
• Candidate must be available during our MON-FRI 9am-5pm office hours (DAY/HOURS TBD)
• Insurance licensed or able to acquire insurance licenses ASAP if not licensed

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
