RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients warmly, both in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and proactively follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
