ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2017. We currently have four full-time team members and are excited to welcome a fifth. We believe in creating a positive and balanced workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.

We offer two office outings each year (summer and holiday), 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO/sick time with some rollover options. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Adam Garcia - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
