For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier.**Role Responsibilities:*** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures* Lead small maintenance projects or guide junior techs* Maintain accurate maintenance records* Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma/GED* 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or facility environments* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals* The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds.
