Shipping & Receiving Associate

Pay: $20$24/hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM

Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing pumps for shipment, picking and packaging parts, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to cross-train, grow your skills, and learn forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and prepare 6070 pumps per day for shipment with accuracy and care
• Safely handle products up to 50 lbs using hoists and lifting equipment
• Pick parts using pick lists and RF scanners to ensure order accuracy
• Pack, label, and stage products for shipment according to company standards
• Print and apply labels and nameplates correctly
• Move finished goods through the packaging line to shipping areas
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material movement
• Operate pallet jacks; opportunity to train on forklifts
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area
• Support other departments through cross-training as needed
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ months of warehouse or material handling experience
• 1+ year of experience working in a team-based environment
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• Experience with packaging or assembly operations

• Flexible start times (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM options)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
