This role supports business continuity by ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliWarehouse Operations/liliPick materials from inventory to support manufacturing and service demand/liliStore materials in designated locations following FIFO and inventory control procedures./liliMaintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and shipping areas./liliPerform material handling using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required./liliSupport cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy./li/ululliInventory Documentation/liliEnter and maintain accurate transactions in ERP system./liliMaintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards./liliCommunicate inventory issues, shortages, or delays to appropriate teams./li/ululliShipping Receiving/liliReceive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records./liliPrepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation./liliCoordinate shipments with carriers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery requirements./liliInspect materials for damage or discrepancies and initiate corrective actions as needed./li/ululliSafety, Quality Continuous Improvement/liliFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements./liliSupport quality standards related to material handling and shipping processes./liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/h3ulliStrong attention to detail and accuracy./liliAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment./liliGood communication and teamwork skills./liliBasic problem solving and organizational skills./li/ulh3Working Conditions/h3ulliWarehouse and production environment./liliExposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures./liliStanding, walking, bending, and lifting required./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required./liliBasic computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems./liliAbility to read and interpret packing slips, work instructions, and shipping documents./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift./liliForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulli13 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations./liliExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment./liliFamiliarity with carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight)./liliExperience with cycle counting or inventory control processes./li/ul/div
