Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily oversight of customer pickups and carrier deliveries.
• Assist customers, sales representatives, and warehouse employees with order-related needs.
• Verify order accuracy and manage associated documentation and payments.
• Utilize a variety of tools, including Microsoft Office products and printers.
• Interact professionally with all levels of the organization, from team members to executive leadership.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce company policies and executive directives in a respectful yet assertive manner.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, occasionally high-stress environment.
• Spend up to 75% of the workday standing or walking.
• Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in an office or warehouse environment preferred.

The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
