Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join us at our facility in Roseville, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to ensure the efficient flow of products and materials throughout the facility. This position plays a critical role in customer order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that combines physical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare packages for shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Assemble and process outgoing customer orders for shipment.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with Federal Express and other carriers as required.
• Receive incoming products and materials by verifying purchase order numbers and quantities received.
• Assign inventory identification numbers to resale equipment.
• Close purchase orders as equipment and materials are received.
• Receive and process return, repair, and RMA shipments and distribute equipment to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with unloading incoming deliveries and organize products within the resale inventory area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory storage area.
• Utilize computer systems, including Salesforce and other business applications, to support shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks, hand carts, ladders, electronic scales, postage equipment, and packaging tools.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively use a computer and learn business systems
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, crouch, grasp, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is preferred
• Experience working with carrier shipping systems or distribution processes is preferred
• Flexibility to work occasional voluntary overtime as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX USD annually.
