District Shift Leader

General Manager / District Shift Leader Bruegger's is seeking a General Manager/District Shift Leader to lead and develop our bakery operations. The role involves managing a home location, supporting other stores, and progressing through a GM development plan. Responsibilities Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed. Travel to other locations to gain experience and assist in operations. Lead store opening duties, starting as early as 3 a.m. Coach and train team members on brand standards and operational procedures. Manage inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash handling. Assist with P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (preferred). Minimum age 18 years. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Must complete the ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan. Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance. Paid time off. Minimum 30 hours per week.
