The Truck with the Duck

Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who already has plumbing field experience, enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants an opportunity to grow within a well-established company.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of plumbing field experience required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Good communication and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

Complete residential plumbing installation projects efficiently and professionally.
Install water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping systems, and other plumbing equipment.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Collect payment when required.
Identify opportunities for upgrades or additional work that benefit the customer.
Assist Service Technicians when installation work is not scheduled.
Help ensure projects are completed on time and done right the first time.
