Position Overview The Admissions & Outreach Coordinator will build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, schools, crisis centers, and community partners. This role involves both field-based outreach and administrative responsibilities, ensuring families receive seamless support through the admissions process. Key Responsibilities Conduct 20–25 in-person outreach visits per week within a 50-minute radius Educate community providers on behavioral health programs and appropriate referral processes Generate referrals by maintaining strong relationships with community partners (patients are engaged only after referral) Handle inbound referral calls, gather intake information, and guide families through next steps with empathy Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth intake and follow-up Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Experience in outreach, case management, or a related field preferred Comfort with a field-based schedule Medical, dental, and vision coverage How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
