Job Description

The Hotel Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of all hotel facilities. This position involves routine preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration within the maintenance team to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and infrastructure
Conduct plumbing repairs and system upkeep
Maintain electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
Service and repair HVAC systems for optimal climate control
Carry out regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Respond to emergency repair requests efficiently
Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to coordinate tasks
