The Hotel Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of all hotel facilities. This position involves routine preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration within the maintenance team to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and infrastructure
- Conduct plumbing repairs and system upkeep
- Maintain electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Service and repair HVAC systems for optimal climate control
- Carry out regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Respond to emergency repair requests efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to coordinate tasks
