Office Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license (or eligible for licensure)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
