Associate Dentist

Seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our practice team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with our laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure precise, well-fitting restorations and excellent treatment results, all within an environment designed to support your long-term career growth. What You’ll Be Doing Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients Delivering a range of general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical skills and advance within the practice What We’re Looking For Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Alabama.
