Contract Production DesignerShift: Standard 1st shift hours from Monday-Friday Duration: 04 Months Pay range: $35.00/hr. - $42.30/hr. Hybrid, core hours, onsite 2x per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) with supplemental days as neededSeeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Production Designer to support the execution of a large-scale seasonal print catalog.This assignment will require partnering closely with global Art Directors, Imaging, CGI, Content, and external teams to bring creative concepts to life.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and has strong technical production skills in Adobe InDesign, asset management, and layout execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain base InDesign files and pagination structures Execute layout production based on established story concepts and grid systemsStrong typography skills, including managing INDD styles Manage vendor image intake and upload assets into shared systems Link approved and print ready assets into layoutsMaintain organized file structures (SharePoint, CC Library)Participate in review sessions and implement feedback Support final production checks (multiple rounds) and handoff best practicesRequired Qualifications3+ years experience in production design for retail, catalog, or large-scale marketing campaigns Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and print production requirementsStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, CC Libraries) Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Miro and SharePointExperience managing large multi-page documents (50+ pages) Strong organizational skills and file management discipline Ability to follow established design systems and maintain brand consistencyAbility to manage multiple deadlines across different stages of print workflowCross-functional collaboration with global marketing teamsExperience with repagination across multiple dropsEmployee Benefits: At LanceSoft, full time regular employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week or more are entitled to the following benefits:Four options of medical InsuranceDental and Vision Insurance401k ContributionsCritical Illness InsuranceVoluntary Permanent Life InsuranceAccident InsuranceOther Employee PerksAbout LanceSoft LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
