We have a great full-time opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our growing and fast-paced powersports dealership. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

- Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership.
- Advise customers by providing detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on products.
- Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, including building confidence in the products and dealership.
- Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
- Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion. Follow up with prospective leads and current and existing customers to continually build client base.
- Ability to sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month according to dealership standards
- Have a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Willing to train the right motivated individual!!!
