Store Manager

On-site - Overseas 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our uniforms and tactical equipment store in Monrovia, Liberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, maintaining inventory, supervising sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service for institutional and retail clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening, closing, and supervising staff. Maintain accurate inventory control of uniforms, footwear, tactical gear, and accessories. Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product replenishment. Operate and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems and prepare daily sales reports. Coordinate with management regarding purchasing, stock planning, and product displays. Maintain store organization, merchandising standards, and security procedures. Required Skills (Most Important) Retail store management experience (preferably clothing, uniforms, or equipment). Strong inventory management and stock control skills. Leadership and staff supervision ability. Additional Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years experience in retail store management. Experience using POS systems and inventory software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
