If the sound of children laughing, singing, and talking brings you joy, we want to talk to you! We have an immediate opening for a School Bus Driver (CDL License required). The successful candidate will have experience driving a bus as well as working with children, and we're anxious to talk with anyone who has transported grade school‑aged kids to school in the past. Our Bus Drivers are an essential part in our educational system, and we value their contributions. We offer excellent bonus opportunities and a competitive salary to the right individual. There are additional opportunities for expanded roles if interested. Examples of School Bus Driver responsibilities: Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons Maintain a clean and mechanically‑sound bus at all times Obey all traffic laws Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route Ensure safety of all students Maintain a safe and healthy environment Attend monthly safety meetings Attend monthly staff meetings Qualifications Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class B or higher, is required. Passenger and School Bus Endorsements: The driver must hold both the Passenger and School Bus endorsements. Physical Examination Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Compliance Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check All items must be valid during interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
