As a Part-Time Line Cook at Charlie Gitto’s, you’re the artist behind the scenes, supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Your precision, creativity, and passion for food will shine in our bustling kitchen, contributing to the unforgettable experiences we deliver every day. What You'll Do
- Culinary Artisan: Prepare and cook menu items with finesse, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. - Kitchen Collaborator: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and timing, creating a harmonious kitchen environment. - Quality Guardian: Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring every dish is as safe as it is delicious. - Efficiency Expert: Keep the kitchen running smoothly by managing your station with speed and accuracy, even during peak times. - Recipe Connoisseur: Follow our recipes that have been in our family for generations and ensure that each dish is consistent and authentic What You'll Need
