Since 2013, we have been building a brand rooted in Travel, Story Telling and High-Integrity Fashion. Now, we are ready to open our very first store. This isn't just a store opening; it’s the birth of our flagship experience. We are looking for a visionary leader to take our decade of digital and brand success and translate it into a world‑class, high‑touch retail environment. The Role: Architect of Experience As our first Store Manager, you are the bridge between our established brand history and our future growth. You will thrive in the "beautiful chaos" of a first‑ever launch, helping us build the systems, playbooks, and culture from the ground up. You are the right fit if: You are a Hybrid Leader: You have the "scrappy" intuition of a boutique manager and the operational discipline of a corporate veteran. You are a Leader of Many: You have a proven track record of inspiring large teams and turning employees into brand fans. You are a Connector: You are immersed in the community and understand the importance of networking. What You’ll Do Launch & Lead: Oversee the grand opening and daily operations of our debut location while partnering with mentors and key players. Define the Standard: Support creation and implementation of SOPs for clienteling, inventory management, and "the concierge experience." Culture Building: Recruit, train, mentor and inspire a high‑performing team that embodies our energetic, inclusive and positive spirit. The Extra Mile: Ensure every guest feels like a VIP through high‑touch, personalized service. Collaborate: Provide direct feedback to the founding team and mentors to help shape the future of our retail expansion. Drive Sales & Manage Budgets: Lead and develop a team to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Ensure staffing is strategic to ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting payroll goals. Curate an Inspired Visual Experience: Execute brand‑driven merchandising and display direction while developing the team to uphold visual standards. Your Profile Experience: 5+ years in retail leadership (a blend of boutique and corporate environments is highly preferred). The "Traveler" Mindset: You have a global perspective on fashion and a curiosity that makes you adaptable and receptive to feedback. Energy: You bring a "yes, and" attitude to every challenge.
