Parks Customer Service Rep I

Here's The Role Do you enjoy the outdoors and love helping people? LCRA Parks has an open opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, where you can be a part of a great organization and enjoy nature and the outdoors! In this role, join our team in the East District Parks and create amazing memories for guests and their families. You will assist with customer service, reservations, cash collections and reconciliations, prepare deposits and facilitate rentals. How You’ll Contribute Answer phone, greet park visitors, act as cashier and provide information to visitors on park operations and facility rentals. Collect, count and prepare cash and check deposits. Count inventory and order cleaning, office and park store supplies within approved supply management policies and procedures. Travel independently to other LCRA parks, as needed. Perform light custodial work, special event setup, park gardening and landscaping, as needed. How You’re Qualified Zero or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience.
