HR CoordinatorWe’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy coordinator to support our growing team across recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative operations. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats — you’ll be the operational backbone behind our hiring process, new employee experience, and leadership team logistics. While the role is remote, you should be based near Oak Brook, IL and available to meet in person periodically.Responsibilities of a HR CoordinatorRecruitment & Hiring SupportCreate, post, and manage job listings across CareerPlug and LinkedIn for all open positionsManage candidate communication throughout the hiring process — outreach, follow-ups, and status updatesCoordinate and schedule interviews across candidates and hiring managersKeep applicant tracking organized and up to dateNew Employee OnboardingCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hires — paperwork, systems access, equipment, and first-week schedulingEnsure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience from offer acceptance through ramp-upAdministration & Office OperationsProvide virtual office administration and calendar/schedule supportManage office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordinationCoordinate leadership team meetings — scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-upsQualifications of a HR CoordinatorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and keep details from slippingComfort and fluency with AI tools and modern technology (e.g., AI assistants, scheduling tools, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment; proactive in flagging issues and closing loopsPrior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, executive assistance, or office administration preferredBased near Oak Brook, IL, with availability for periodic in-person meetingsWhy Join UsYou’ll have real ownership over people operations and administration at a growing company, flexible remote work, and the opportunity to grow the scope of the role over time.To apply, please submit your resume and a brief note on your relevant experience.
