Senior Associate, Paralegal - Private Real Estate

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate, Paralegal to join a leading team in the financial services industry. This role focuses on supporting the private real estate legal department with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Description Assist with the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to private real estate investments. Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document execution and filing. Maintain and organize corporate records, contracts, and other legal documentation. Conduct legal research and provide summaries as needed to support the legal team. Assist in managing deadlines and deliverables for legal and regulatory matters. Support due diligence processes and prepare related documentation. Collaborate with the legal department to enhance efficiency in document and workflow management. Profile A successful Senior Associate, Paralegal should have: A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Experience in private real estate legal matters is preferred but not required. 2 Years of Paralegal experience in Corporate, or Real Estate.
