The Director Case Management will oversee a comprehensive Case Management and Utilization Review department within a 240+ bed not-for-profit community hospital network offering a distinct combination of nationally recognized clinical quality and deeply localized care across the Hudson Valley. The hospital holds the prestigious Magnet Recognition Program® status from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Reporting on performance metrics related to length of stay, readmissions, denials management, and transitions of care, the Director Utilization Review will lead evidence-based resource management strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and payer alignment. This department serves as a critical bridge between clinical teams, patients, families, and post-acute partners to ensure seamless, efficient, and patient-centered care coordination.

The Director Care Management will report directly to a senior hospital executive and provide strategic and operational leadership to nurse case managers, social workers, utilization review specialists, and support staff.
