Finance Specialist – Manchester, New Hampshire KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a well‑established organization in Manchester, NH to hire a Finance Specialist. The role supports the Finance department with accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, and cash receipt functions, working closely with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Support accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable functions across the firm Process and accurately log cash receipts and payment activity Work directly with internal team members to establish and maintain billing and collections workflows Communicate with clients regarding billing, payment, and account‑related inquiries Maintain detailed notes and documentation to support billing and collection efforts Provide backup coverage for Billing, AR, AP, and Escrow functions during vacations and remote work schedules Assist with finance department projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, or related finance functions Experience processing and tracking cash receipts Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational, follow‑up, and note‑taking abilities Detail‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation is up to $62,000 DOE.
