The Role We are seeking a Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support the Managing Director with a range of financial and administrative tasks across ongoing business activities. This is a varied and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day financial processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities Processing purchase invoices and maintaining accurate financial records Managing supplier payments and monitoring outgoing costs Assisting with internal cost allocations and recharges Supporting the preparation and organisation of financial documentation Liaising with suppliers and external service providers to resolve queries Assisting with reconciliation of accounts and financial data Maintaining spreadsheets and internal tracking systems Providing general administrative support to the Managing Director as required Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Who We’re Looking For Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Good communication skills and a professional approach Ability to work independently and use initiative Experience with accounting software (ideally Sage) Experience working with multiple cost centres or departments Why Join BBP?
