Billing Specialist

Billing / Accounts Specialist Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute detailed client invoices based on services provided Respond to billing‑related questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional manner Record incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with deposit preparation and reporting Review and document account adjustments, including credits, overpayments, and write‑offs Support onboarding of new clients by setting up billing profiles and maintaining accurate records Update and maintain pricing structures and rate changes within the system Assist with account transitions and closing processes when internal staff changes occur Provide responsive internal support to team members across departments Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent hands‑on experience (3+ years) Comfortable explaining financial details to both internal stakeholders and external contacts Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Well‑organized with solid time‑management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Familiarity with billing systems and foundational accounting principles Interested candidates please forward your resume in a MS Word document to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
