Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans for high-volume and underperforming stores.

Build and Develop Teams

• Provide coaching, leadership, and training to store management and frontline employees.
• Partner with Human Resources to support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and results-oriented work environment.

Enhance Customer Experience

• Ensure all locations consistently deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company standards.

Optimize Operations

• Maintain operational excellence through effective staffing, inventory management, process compliance, and execution of best practices.

Lead with Integrity

• Uphold company values and standards while safeguarding company assets and maintaining confidentiality.

Support Growth Initiatives

• Assist with new store openings and implement strategies designed to achieve and exceed business goals.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably within a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Experience developing and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
