The multi-site Assistant Property Manager will assist managers at various properties with the day-to-day, on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This person will also assist in supervising several employees when the manager is not available.  Responsibilities:Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualificationsPositive and professional daily interaction with residentsAssist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent paymentsPrepare maintenance work orders, and communicate with maintenance personnelInvestigate, respond, and resolve resident complaintsPrepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leasesFollow policies and proceduresPerform all other duties as assigned  Qualifications:Experienced manager as well as leasing professionals looking for career developmentLeadership and team-building skillsComputer literacy - Microsoft OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in property management software What We Offer:Competitive payMedical & dental benefits Health Savings Account with Company contribution401k with Company matchPaid vacation, sick, personal, and holidaySupportive work environmentOpportunities for professional development
